Upon purchasing the property in November 2021, the Silvas embarked on a meticulous restoration journey, facing numerous challenges including structural modifications and leaks. Despite the obstacles, their dedication shone through as they meticulously restored the exterior to its 1926 condition, salvaged original wood flooring, and preserved the historic charm of the home. Their labor of love culminated in the realization of their dream home, a testament to their commitment to preserving Coral Gables’ architectural heritage.
