Christ Fellowship Church received recognition for their collaborative effort in meticulously restoring and preserving their historic Downtown Miami church. The dedicated team included expertise from T&G Constructors, Rodriguez Architects, preservation architect Ricardo Lopez, Rosa Lowinger and Associates, Red Door Construction, and Bon Art Finishes. Originally constructed in 1927 as Central Baptist Church, its distinctive Neoclassical design by Dougherty & Gardner still proudly stands. Officially recognized by the City of Miami in 1998 and listed on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places in 1989, its historical significance remains profound. Since Christ Fellowship’s acquisition in 2007, a 16-year journey has meticulously preserved its legacy, successfully blending modernity with tradition. Thanks to T&G Constructors and their collaborators, Christ Fellowship’s legacy will continue to inspire generations to come.
