Dade Heritage Trust’s Historic Places, Green Spaces program educates K-12 students in Title 1 Schools about Miami’s architectural, environmental, and cultural heritage. We provide complimentary programming and offer a limited number of bus scholarships on a first-come, first-served basis.
Your generosity can help us fund a bus so we can continue to offer Florida Curriculum Standards-Based field trips at no cost to students or teachers.

Purchase a Membership with a Cape Florida Lighthouse Brick
In the 1990’s Dade Heritage Trust assisted with the total restoration of the 825 Cape Florida Lighthouse Complex at Bill Baggs State Park on Key Biscayne.
To assist with continued maintenance and special projects at the Lighthouse complex, Dade Heritage Trust offers a great commemorative brick program. For a donation of $150, a handsome commemorative red brick paver is engraved with the wording of your choice and installed along the walkways of the Cape Florida Lighthouse Complex. These bricks are beautiful symbols of your preservation commitment and make lasting gifts for anniversaries, birthdays and memorials.
Donors receive a complimentary one-year Dade Heritage Trust membership.
