Brickell’s story is about buildings and its signature hi-rises making it the “Manhattan of the South.” With a focus on architecture, Dade Heritage Trust presents monthly walking tours detailing the designers, styles and stories of Brickell’s significant structures.

Brickell Avenue’s history, environmental and architectural heritage is highlighted in this great stroll with
beautiful views all the way to the Miami River and back to Dade Heritage Trust. You will be surprised to
learn what Brickell was like before today’s uber development, and the significant architects who have
designed Brickell’s signature high-rises.
